DETOX DIET PLAN
The body detox diet is based on a regular basis and it is recommended to be changed every season or at least at 6 months, spring and autumn. To eliminate toxins and the waste from the body is better to follow a diet for a minimum of 7 days.
1 cup of green tea with lemon and honey
A bowl of cereal (preferably fruit)
A yogurt, or kefir
1 serving of salad and 2 teaspoons of virgin olive oil mixed with lemon juice
A fresh vegetable soup serving as little spicy
Croutons or dark rye bread (you can eat them also with the salad or the vegetables soup)
1 cup of juice (preferably grapefruit juice) sweetened with honey
1 slice of brown bread or rye
A bowl of boiled rice with garnish of fresh vegetables or mushrooms
Eat fresh fruit and drink water every morning and evening before bed (minimum amount of water consumed per day should be at least 2 liters). Also not to be consumed in any way the following foods: pasta, meat and sausages, sweets, coffee, alcohol or any kind of synthetic drinks, fried foods, smoked or preserved with additives colors or preservatives.
