FASTING DIET PLAN
The fasting diet is based on post consumption of natural products, which will maintain the body’s tonus. This diet should be held for a period of 3 or 6 days, during which you can lose 2 pounds (1 kilogram) per day.
A cup of tea or coffee without sugar
2 slices of toast bread
2 ounces (50 grams) of diet cheese or a small diet yogurt
A small portion of rice (slightly spicy)
A small portion of cooked or raw vegetables, seasoned with tomato juice and diet cheese
A bowl of vegetable soup (no potatoes)
A low-fat yogurt or a small pack of diet cheese
A fresh fruit (no bananas)
Throughout the diet, drink 0.5 – 0.8 gallons (2 – 3 liters) of water daily to remove toxins and reduce your appetite. Try to have a sustained sports activity every day.
