Grapefruit diet menu

The grapefruit diet can be used to quickly lose a few pounds. It is very effective because the fruit itself curbs the appetite, burn fat and eliminate cholesterol from the body. Most people who try this diet for a week managed to lose between 13 and 17 pounds (6 and 8 kilograms).

BREAKFAST:
Half a grapefruit
Coffee or tea, unsweetened

LUNCH:
Half a grapefruit, two boiled eggs
Cucumber and tomato with green salad and lemon
A slice of toast (brown bread preferred)

DINNER:
Half a grapefruit
A tomato with green salad and lemon
Fish or chicken meat with green vegetables cooked in butter

The more you eat grapefruit, the more your appetite will decrease. You can choose to squeeze the grapefruit and drink the juice. It is very important that the juice must not bee sweetened. During the diet completely reduce coffee and dessert.
