The water and the fibre in fruits and vegetables add volume, so you can eat the same amount of food, but with fewer calories. You can choose dairy and low fat meat because these dishes not only help you to lose weight, but also help you prevent high blood pressure. Get involved in any type of psysical activity: dancing, gardening, walking, tenis. All these help you to have a great psysical and mental shape and droping weight in the meantime.
