SLIM FAST DIET


FAST WEIGHT LOSS DIET

Fast weight loss diet

The slim fast diet is recommended to you by people who want to lose weight quickly in a short period of time and with visible results from the early days. If you recpect the diet you can lose 7 pounds (3 kilogrames) in 7 days.

MORNING:
Red grapefruit juice + lemon juice – one glass (150 grams) or
An oat biscuit and coffee (unsweetened) – one cup (100 grams)

LUNCH:
A boiled egg + a little natural yoghurt
Salmon baked or roasted chicken + a tomato
Red grapefruit juice – one glass (200 grams)

EVENING:
A slice of bread + a slice of cheese toast
Lettuce and tomato salad with lemon (preferably mild)
Red grapefruit juice + lemon juice – one glass (250 grams)

If during the diet you feel hunger, you can consume a large glass of red grapefruit juice or one whole grapefruit. Before dinner are recommended 30 minutes of physical exercise. During this diet do not eat sweets or drink alcohol.

Detox diet plan

The body detox diet is based on a regular basis and it is recommended to be changed every season or at least at 6 months, spring and autumn. To eliminate toxins and the waste from the body is better to follow a diet for a minimum of 7 days.

BREAKFAST:
1 cup of green tea with lemon and honey
A bowl of cereal (preferably fruit)

LUNCH:
A yogurt, or kefir
1 serving of salad and 2 teaspoons of virgin olive oil mixed with lemon juice
A fresh vegetable soup serving as little spicy
Croutons or dark rye bread (you can eat them also with the salad or the vegetables soup)

DINNER:
1 cup of juice (preferably grapefruit juice) sweetened with honey
1 slice of brown bread or rye
A bowl of boiled rice with garnish of fresh vegetables or mushrooms

Eat fresh fruit and drink water every morning and evening before bed (minimum amount of water consumed per day should be at least 2 liters). Also not to be consumed in any way the following foods: pasta, meat and sausages, sweets, coffee, alcohol or any kind of  synthetic drinks, fried foods, smoked or preserved with additives colors or preservatives.

The more you eat grapefruit, the more your appetite will decrease. You can choose to squeeze the grapefruit and drink the juice. It is very important that the juice must not bee sweetened. During the diet completely reduce coffee and dessert.

Vegetarian diet plan

The vegetarian diets are among the few who takes care of your body health. Not every diet is healthy and the vegetarian diet for this reason is preferred by more and more people each day.

BREAKFAST:
1 cup of fruit cereal, 1 / 2 cup soy milk
1 slice of black seeds bread and a teaspoon of honey
1 fresh fruit or 1 / 2 grapefruit

LUNCH:
a serving of lettuce or spinach salad with lemon dressing
a raw carrot or a slice of melon with lime

DINNER:
a baked sweet potato with green onions
1 serving of vegetables cooked with rice long grain

SNACK:
raisins, apricots, prunes or figs
(snack is recommended to eaten between lunch and dinner)

It is recommended that this vegetarian diet to be held no more than 10 days, because the body needs vitamins and protein from meat, and in this regime they are missing completely. Otherwise the body will no longer be active and health problems will not delay to appear.
