TOAST SPREAD OR EASY CHEESECAKEY DESSERT FILLING
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 packets fructose or about 3 tsp
- small pinch of salt
Put all ingredients in a food processor with blade attachment and process until smooth. Makes 2 to 4 servings.
